Welcome to the HPC-core wiki

HPC-core is a cluster designed to support various core facilities within the AUMC in performing data processing and analysis. In addition, we invite researchers to utilize our resources for research and innovation. HPC-core is managed by ICT and was initiated as a collaboration between several teams: Human Genetics, Radiology & Nuclear Medicine, and Research Support. HPC-core is supported by an engineering team and a support team, who actively maintain the cluster and related resources, such as this wiki. Check out the support page for contact details.
