Quota

To ensure fair use of storage resources on Gaia, different folders have specific quota guidelines. Below you can find an overview of the storage limits and retention policies for each location.

Home

/home/[P012345]

The home folder has a 10 GB limit and no automatic data removal.

Personal user folder

/net/beegfs/users/[P012345]

There is no enforced limit on your personal folder, but please keep usage below 10 TB.

Scratch

/scratch

There is no size limit on the scratch folder, but all data will be deleted after two weeks.

Group folder

/net/beegfs/groups/[group_name]

There is no enforced limit on the group folder, but please keep usage below 50 TB.

Project folder

/net/beegfs/projects/[project_name]

There is no enforced limit on the project folder, but please keep usage below 50 TB.

Appdata folder

/appdata

There is no enforced limit on the project folder, but please keep usage below 100 GB.
