MobaXterm

Download the portable version of MobaXterm. Sometimes you could also request MobaXterm as an application within OneView. This depends on how and when your amsterdamUMC account is created.

Using the software

Open a local terminal and use ssh to connect to one of the login nodes.

If you need help to get started with MobaXterm, try out their demo.

Helios

• This is our login node for research. To acces, use:

ssh [P-number]@helios.umcinfra.nl

Selene

• This is our login node for diagnostics. To acces, use:

ssh [P-number]@selene.umcinfra.nl

Warning

Please don't perform computational tasks on the login node! Use slurm to start jobs instead.

Note

Make sure to use capital P when entering your P-number!
